Giri sir's Gurukul Classes provides excellent infrastructure and facilities to create an ideal ambiance for effective learning with caring and committed management and administration. Students are made to sit in the classroom in order of the ascending sequence of their ranks to enthuse the student with a competitive spirit at every step. The students' batches are reshuffled based on their performance in periodic tests, further inculcating the spirit of competition among the students.
Students Academic Performance & Evaluation Report (SAPER) Sheets are distributed to students and sent to parents 3-4 times a year. The SAPER includes marks secured by the student, Centre Rank, All Giri sir's Gurukul Classes Rank (ARR), Percentile, Test Percentage, and cumulative percentage. The performance is also available on the institute's website at Students' Corner.
Extra classes are planned and conducted as needed to complete the syllabus on time and remain aligned with course planning. Backup classes are arranged for specific students based on their performance to improve their performance levels. The institute also plays the role of a guardian by keeping a vigil on attendance and disciplinary activities of the students.
Motivation classes are conducted to ease stress and pressure from students' minds. Apart from routine periodic tests, several other tests are conducted to evaluate preparation levels for various objectives. Major Tests (MTs) revise the entire syllabus just before course completion, while Open Tests (OTs), JEE (Advanced) Preparatory Tests, JEE (Main), and Medical Preparatory Tests are conducted with students of Kota Classes as part of the All India Test Series (R-AITS) to intensify competition at a national level among JEE (Main/Advanced) and NEET aspirants.
Awareness is created through counseling among students for various Science & Mathematics Olympiads and other competitions that can help improve their confidence levels.
